Situated at Fairway Oaks in Hudson, Florida, our luxury villa enjoys a quiet position on a golf course and residential estate.

The villa can accommodate up to six people. It has three bedrooms, and two separate sittings rooms. No smoking is allowed within the property.

The large kidney-shaped pool and spacious sundeck has a private and secluded outlook, bathed in sunshine throughout the day. The pool is heated by solar panels, can be floodlit at night, and has an ornamental fountain and poolside shower.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and is equipped with a remote controlled television and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has a family size tub with jacuzzi, large separate shower and two vanity units.

Of the other two bedrooms, one is fitted with a queen size bed plus television, and the other has twin beds - both are served by a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the villa is fully air conditioned.

The formal dining room can seat 6 people comfortably. The large family room is well equipped with sofas and main television with a built-in video and dvd player. It also includes a breakfast nook. Cable TV, telephone for local calls and wi-fi are all available. The second sitting room has two sofas and CD Player with a selection of CDs for your enjoyment. There is an in-house radio entertainment system throughout the villa.

The master bedroom, living room, family room and nook all have patio doors opening onto the pool area, which is extensively equipped with outdoor furniture for sunbathing and alfresco dining.

The large open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, over-sized fridge-freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker and a telephone. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

The property is professionally managed by our local agent, who ensures that the villa, the pool and the gardens are kept in immaculate condition.
