Rates for 2012

The rental charge includes:

  • Cleaning service prior to your arrival, and after your departure
  • All electricity and water charges incurred during your stay
  • All towels, bed linens, etc, are provided
  • Florida Sales and Tourism Tax
Season/Item Charge per week
High Season (June, July, August, September) £525.00 per week (£75 per extra day)
Specials (Christmas and Easter) £575.00 per week (extra days pro-rata)
Mid Season (Rest of the Year) £495.00 per week (extra days pro-rata)

MINIMUM STAY 7 DAYS
NO SMOKING WITHIN THE PROPERTY

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required with the completed Booking Form to reserve the villa. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a security deposit of £100 per week booked. This security deposit will be returned to you on confirmation from our Management Company that the villa has been left in good order.
