Rates

The rental charge includes:

  • Cleaning service prior to your arrival, and after your departure.
  • All electricity and water charges incurred during your stay.
  • All towels, bed linens, etc, are provided.
  • Florida Sales and Tourism Tax.

MINIMUM STAY 7 DAYS

THE RATES ABOVE ARE BASED ON STAYS OF 14+ DAYS. STAYS LESS THAN 14 DAYS WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £100 FOR CLEANING.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required with the completed Booking Form to reserve the villa.

The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a security deposit of £100 per week booked. This security deposit will be returned to you on confirmation from our Management Company that the villa has been left in good order.
